Vegan fried chicken is no longer just a figment of every struggling vegan’s imagination
If the queues are anything to go by, Temple of Seitan in Hackney is well worth a visit.
Crowds of London vegans descended on the store when it opened in January in Hackney.
Turned vegan and craving fast food?
Go there for vegan fried chicken buckets, vegan chicken subs and burgers, vegan mac n cheese and (our favourite) gluten-free vegan chicken nuggets. No meat involved – the ‘chicken’ is made from the meat supplement seitan – but it tastes real enough.
It’s got some pretty good feedback so far…
